Anti Islamic country

Logically the most anti Islamic country in the world is United Arab Emirates (Dubai), because in Dubai there is no practice of Islam, every policy is planned for only attract rich people of the world in the name of tourism economy stimulate by fear of future: the crises of oil.
In this process they forgot all Islamic philosophies; in the sense they don't want poor people in Dubai, they promoting sex tourism; the first country which provided white vulva to middle class Indians (south Asians),they are expecting economy from gambling casinos, alcoholic business, strip clubs etc.
